Had to wait 2-3 days for house keeping and people are pretty loud can’t sleep also talking on the phone or having romantic time they always say we loud when they the loud ones I wouldn’t recommend

Dreams and realities

We found the hotel through Booking. We regretted our temple very much. It is not a hotel, as you know, it is a block of a building, a pansianat. Piləkəni is very narrow and has no lift. Items such as ropes and toothbrushes are not provided in the bath. The view is zero, you can only see the building in front of you a meter or two away. So don't be fooled by their shapes.
The only positive thing about the hotel is that it is close to the sights of Istanbul. So, it is the center.
It is very suitable for its price and land, but it is terrible in other matters.

Very ugly.

I booked the room, 3 months in advance. When I arrived, they gave me a room located outside the hotel...ground floor...I booked inside the hotel...I said I didn't like it...if they could give it to me inside. They told me, that I would have to pay the difference. Room cleaning almost non-existent, even though I had complained. Not recommended.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with the hotel. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there were no available rooms, despite my reservation. This lack of preparedness was quite frustrating and inconvenient. Despite their attempts to assist, the situation left me inconvenienced and compelled to seek alternative accommodations. While I understand that situations can arise, the inability to honor a confirmed reservation left a negative impression. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their reservation management in the future.
