Great
The rooms are not too big, but have everything you need. Breakfast is good.
I would especially like to mention the reception administrators. Very attentive, they will help you with any question, they will talk, they will treat you to tea and coffee.
We were given a room with a gorgeous view at no extra cost.
We recommend.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. And pretty messed up. It's not 4*.
The rooms (we were in 3), old and untracked. Carpet and towels with stains, sheets the same, some with broken (and hairs, not ours...). Curtains torn and broken, shower with mold in silicone, mirror and bathroom faucets full of lime, old and ragged furniture, grazed walls... we asked for room change on the penultimate night because the beds were uncomfortable, the TV did not work... and the one we were given was just as messy, neither did the TV and more hairs in the bed. And the sheet ironing already for what to count, if you had to make the bed because they leave the sheet at your feet "folded" full of wrinkles. It must be that they haven’t taken care of anything since the hotel opened, nor do they know when. The rooms did not smell clean, moreover, they smelled bad, stale.
To say that the hotel didn’t choose it, but that they put it in a Vacation Package, and despite previously advising the agency of negative comments on Google, we were told that you can’t compare stars from one country to another.
Let’s see, we don’t ask for luxuries, but for cleanliness and comfortable beds, and that everything is not broken and dirty (4 stars!!!).
Breakfast is not even talking about, basic, no toaster, brown lettuce without being removed when you see it like this... they don't take care of the cleaning at all.
In short, if you can, do not book this hotel until they echo the comments and decide to invest in improvements and, above all, cleanliness, which leaves MUCH to be desired.
PD. In the picture of the table you can see the crap that was when you passed a paper with alcohol. Pure fantasy.

The area where the hotel is located is near to the most important historical places in Istanbul.
Also near to tramway and metro station.
