A very warm welcome, the receptionist was able to answer our questions, a clean and aired room and good breakfast.

Very clean and organized room. The staff was also immediately accommodating and responsive with any questions or worries I had via WhatsApp. The included breakfast was also lovely and the staff there were extremely kind and gracious to let me eat even though I came right after closing.

Positive: check-in and cleanliness of the room and building. Women working at that are professional.
Negative: breakfast and the girl working there… awful. I took a dirty fork, ao I decided to leave out from there. She was just whatsapping while we were having breakfast. When the others finished, she noticed the fork was out and put again with the other forks. Disgusting…
Room is not so comfortable as it looks in the photos. Bad quality in everything, including breakfast.

I've been to this hotel a few times and it's one of the nicest hotels I've been to the staff of friendly the breakfast is really nice the room is nice and spacious and clean

We were cold in our room as the heater was programmed and virtually unworkable and despite asking for a heater we never got one. Breakfast was excellent and positioned centrally was bus connections to the station and almost everywhere locally
