Two night stay

Very pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Amazing staff who were very friendly and helpful. Clean room and quiet atmosphere. Not too far from the train station and bus stops and easy to locate…………………………….::::::::::.

Highly recommend!

Honestly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. From the moment we checked in, the staff were extremely friendly and polite. I’d like to give special credit to Gazi who checked us in and also helped us in the restaurant during dinner. The rooms were really clean and pleasant.

Great service, just slow

Great service, but slow.
Team was really nice, extra friendly and really great people, especially Maria. Unfortunately it took 50 mins for the starter to arrive, and another 30 for the main course. Food was nice though and drinks sensibly priced.

no value for money...

Hi;
I went to this hotel for a doctor consultation for an insurance claim. My appointment was at 9:45 am and I was informed the car park is chargeable. I was there at 9,40 and tried to pay and their parking system charge me £15.00 which is all day parking. I was there for 45 minutes. I told this to Dr Wang during my consultation, he said the hotel should refund me. I called the hotel today only to be told they will not refund me. Stay well away from this hotel, they are robbing drivers with parking fees.
