The customer service is second to none. Especially Tash who ensured we have a very enjoyable stay. Well done to the whole of team.

Very friendly on reception and in restaurant.
Food was surprisingly good.
Gym quite compact but works.
Did not use the pool, but the spa tub appeared empty and the pool looked bigger in the photos.

Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant catered for Celiac and the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly.

An excellent base we use while visiting family in the area, the hotel is set in a quiet area with ample parking and very good amenities including the pool.
The staff are all super friendly and keen to help with any issues
Our only issue, that did not impact our stay too much, was the booking and payment system had not correctly accepted my prepayment for 2 rooms, I had paid using Trip.com via PayPal payments over 3 payments, the hotel claimed we had only paid for 1 room, I had to prove by statements and invoices that I had paid for both.
This did not warrant a negative review in my opinion, but should be looked at by the hotel chain admin.

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn, Swindon. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. Our rooms were very comfy and clean. We are definitely returning
