This is a fun, eclectic place to stay. The bathroom is shared the household, but it was clean and spacious. The room was private and the host was awesome! It's a great place away from the commercial motel chains.

Drive on to the next place

Its easier to ask what i did like. The reception was interesting as nobody replied and the girl that was in the kitchen was just a friend of the owners, the owners daugther came down to explain the room and the locations. That had a smell of weed. The young lady left the building after 30 min and left us alone in the building, there was a buzzer that rang every 10 min but nothing happend. The entrance is slipery with wood that when wet is even a bit dangerous The general room was not the bakery or the homestead / inn we sawi n the pictures. (or is the definition Homestead a house ocuppied by a squatter under the Homestead Acts or the Dominion Lands Act) The place was old, dirty (even something on the wall see picture) and not very well maintained or even fisnished painting. (See pictures). as a seasoned traveler this has been one of my worst experiences ever. The room was in a terrible state, the bathroom even had holes in the wall, the place was an adventure. We left as early as possible and we advise anybody not to come back.
No View promotes it self as a farmhouse/bakery with a nice ambiance, if you are into smoking weed, than this is the place to be.

Indeed it was a unique spot and Annette couldn't have been nicer. The place is not for everyone, but if you like quirky and offbeat, you'll like No View. We did.

The owner’s daughter who checked us in and showed us around was great.
However, there was considerable navigation to the shared washroom where we had to set up and remove a doorstop each and every time we used the loo. We are seniors and the other couple that night were even more elderly.
There were two major areas of tripping hazards between our rooms and the washroom. Let’s face it, we seniors need to go in the middle of the night and the lighting was minimal.
The word “Bakery” is part of the title of this accommodation but there is absolutely no meal/snack offered except Keirig coffee. We had expected a breakfast option. I reread the write up and couldn’t find anything that dispelled the notion of a bakery which would serve the guests.
Finally, if one wanted to crack a window the screens in our room allowed the multitude of bugs to penetrate.
It was a cool place in terms of décor.

The mattress was quite uncomfortable. No one was on the desk. The sole bathroom was at the far end of the guest bedrooms. No coffee or breakfast or even cups for water were provided. It is in a peaceful, bucolic setting, but we wouldn’t stay there again.
