Awesome property!

Hands down the best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. EXCELLENT front desk staff - check in was fast and efficient, they were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and kind. ROOMS are quite spacious and clean; bathrooms are large enough to accommodate multiple people. Very convenient location to visit Ohio University. I would stay again.

A good night’s sleep!

First impression upon walking in the room was, NICE! This held true with 99% of the facility. The room was nicely done, the king bed was very comfortable, the television is appropriately placed, there is even a decent couch and desk, nice over sized bathroom all solidified that impression. Now for the, not so much, impression. The shower appeared to have been relocated from a truck stop. The doors were covered in water spots and all the caulking was loose and moldy in appearance.
With the bad out of the way, let me say the staff was great, breakfast was a normal hotel hot breakfast, and the room was both completely dark and silent.
I have stayed here several times prior and will again.

Alex is the best!!!

My mom and I arrived late in the night but early the next morning - 12:50 AM so our hotel points marked us a no show since it was technically the next day. However, Alex came to the rescue and was so kind! He went above and beyond to help us with the situation by even talking to the points representative on my mom’s phone and reassured us it would all be taken care of. He was very friendly and great at problem solving/ communication. We will be coming back to this hotel. Thank you Alex!

Great experience!

We were visiting this hotel to attend a wedding in the area. The staff was exceptional at this hotel. They were friendly and kind in addition to helping resolve an issue in our room. The breakfast offered a large variety and the food was great. Courtney, at the front desk, was especially helpful!

I wanted to share my heartfelt feedback about my recent stay at your hotel in Athens. My family and I visited to watch my son play football for Ohio University, and our experience with your staff was outstanding.
While everyone was excellent, I would especially like to commend Shawna at the help desk.
