This hotel goes over and beyond to please . Front desk staff is so nice to work with and friendly. The view is so nice

The pictures must be from the day it opened because it was NOT the condition we stayed in. Not sure how hotels are able to just kinda lie on here. Lesson learned

We did not feel secure in our room. The lock latch didn't lock. Only the flap worked for the lock which made me unsafe. And both of the ice machines didn't work on either floor. The staff also banged on our door before checkout yelling housekeeping and it scared us and woke us up which was rude and unprofessional.

Bed was uncomfortable and staff was rude and didn’t communicate. I was charged a different fee after check out. I contacted hotels.com and they didn’t reimburse stating they have to side with hotel partners policies!! The policy of charges and fees are subject to change. I’ll stay in Marriott from now own and pay full price before I deal with those people again.
