It was noce, but there was alot of noise and kids running up and down hallways screamingnot so peaceful like i wanted

Military and sports needs to AVOID

Unacceptable how they treat military veterans. Told me they would not allow me to use military leisure discount after it was already booked and ID provided once they learned I was there for sports event (which is allowed because it is on website and called corporate office). Manager Petal is very rude yelled at me as a customer because he “does not like the sports community in his hotels”. I had this hotel booked for five weekends and he lost all booking because of the level of unprofessional and he told me “he was fine with not having sports people in the hotel”. I have reached out to main office about him and will be reaching out to the sporting complex’s to let them know not to advertise this hotel as an acceptable hotel option as he does not want the business. Any veteran or sporting team should avoid this hotel at ALL cost.

Reservation was made under goverment per diem rate which is available only for active goverment employees who are travelling for offical business. From day one, the service was impeccable, but I especially want to highlight Kelly, whose positive attitude and willingness to help made my experience even better. Always attentive and dedicated, her kindness and professionalism made a real difference. Every request was met with a smile, showing her commitment to excellence. I liked the quiet location enough away from the highway to not be too noisy but close enough for easy commuting. Clean, friendly staff, and decent breakfast.
