Amazing customer service skills

Great place, I’ve been there a few times and it’s always a great experience.
The young lady at the front, her name is KELLY, she is amazing to say the least, really friendly and very professional. Doesn’t matter what time you check in, she always has a smile. Great customer service skills.

TownePlace Suites by Marriot Goldsboro NC review

Where to start,
a, Bath towels had burnt, stale smell to them
b. AC/Heater unit noisy, something vibrating in equipment ( fan ?)
c.Business center was a small desk in the open lobby next to the couch the front entry, door and printer not working correctly
d. Advertised breakfast set up not accurate, A toaster, packaged muffin that you would purchase from a gas station, same coffee station they use 24 seven in the main lobby, coffee grounds in the container, breakfast station area the size of a closet space.
Would not recommend this hotel.

the staff was friendly and because of a funeral they let my wife and I check in early and that mean a lot I have stayed there every time I come to Goldsboro
