The Cons: The main sign in front of the hotel has the lights blown out. The hotel room floors are dirty, cigarette/cigar burn marks on the bedding, sinks, and bathtub. How is this possible for a non-smoking room I do understand that this hotel also has permanent residents, so maybe that's why the upkeep is so poor.
It's in a decent location, Just the upkeep is so poor.

The only downsides would be having to walk down hallways and through lobby to go out for a smoke or to get to the car, non opening windows in the room, there's no cups in bathroom or room whatsoever. All in all a good place to stay with reasonable prices.
