Switch to Marriott

Dirty, outdated, management is rude. Rooms are poorly cleaned and manager is unprofessional, lobby is outdated and dirty. Gross! My room had hair in the drain upon arrival, hair all over the bathroom floor, burn marks in duvet, dried up spilled milk in the refrigerator, dirty glass in cabinet, tv’s didn’t work. They gave me some money back but I asked them to clean it and they only cleaned up 1 thing, the hair in the bathroom. The lobby has stained up tattered pillows and sofas. When I asked to speak to the manager he didn’t come out. He sent someone to call
me back to his office which literally had garbage everywhere. He sat me down as if I was at the principal’s office onto a chair that was old and ripped up. Never once looked at me and called in the housekeeping manager to publicly humiliate her.

Sad Breakfast….Nice Room!

The hotel was very nice and our room was a good size. The bed was made improperly which caused the fitted sheet to continually pop off during the night. Otherwise, everything looked good and clean. The reason for the 3 stars was that the breakfast was a huge disappointment. We stayed here because we’re familiar with Homewood Suites in other locations and thought we’d try it instead of the usual Marriott Residence nearby. The coffee was the best thing about the breakfast (even though one bottle of coffee creamer was empty) Seriously….the bread items were old, the set up was missing so much….a bad selection of carbs to pinpoint our description. It was Christmas Day, but management should’ve been more diligent about making sure competent staff was in charge and provide items from local vendors that were fresh not stale, holiday or not…your customers deserve the same as any other day especially since we were paying as much or more.

Ok but sort of dirty

This is the dirtiest Homewood suites I've stayed in - room 219 - the tub wouldn't shut off and ran all night, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, gunk on the top of light switches, hair on the floor, counters, bathtub and sink, and the toilet seat was scratched up and missing paint.

Toilet seat not fasten securely to toilet bowl
Extreme loudness at midnight from the slamming of doors.
One miniature trash can for entire room
Pull out couch very worn out.
Breakfast okay. Nothing special
