I didn't use the amenities. The breakfast was good. The room was cold until I figured out the heating system. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was clean but hotel is very rundown. Holes in curtains and pillow cases and the bathroom fixtures were cracked and stained. Rooms are expensive for the condition.

Business travel

Booked for a week. Runza and McDonald’s are less than 2 minutes away. Only problem is the laundry as not in a soundproof room and can not use after 10:00pm. Can walk to other restaurants south of hotel like red lobster and a brew house. Breakfast is waffles,toast and cereal.

I travel as part of my job, one of the worst stays I’ve ever Encountered

Had been driving all day very tired , found establishment on phone while driving, very inexpensive
When arrived manager said must be cash , many young men in parking lot drinking + . Many items in room broken or in disrepair. After about three hoursManager woke me up in a fit , claiming I needed to pay again. I collected my belongings in the middle of the night and left , fearing what might happen next

I had my daughter with me for an out of town doctors appointment. And the room we initially got did not have a working toilet. Everytime we flused water would leak from the back. Also we had to call someone to fix our tv because it said there was no signal. We were told someone would try to fix it and when the person came they didnt even attempt to do anything just when in the bathroom, flushed the toilet, watched it leake and then said I could either manage or switch to a different room. I obviously could not just "manage" with a broken toilet so I switched rooms. The second room was even worse. It had cockroaches crawling up the walls behind the tv on top of a weird odor when we got to the room like someone had been staying in that room. When I opened the refrigerator to use it, it was filthy and the microwave had someone's LEFTOVER food still in it ! Absolutely horrible experience. Will never return to this hotel again
