Great location

Excellent location, includes full breakfast, overall the staff are very friendly, in my case we were carrying a baby months and we were lent a cot at no extra cost, I had no problem staying, they have shuttle service 5 km around

Lackluster Experience

Parking Lot is not paved, it's crushed gravel which made it kind of treacherous for rolling bags and guests with heels especially when it was raining and mud pools formed. Some of my colleges' rooms had full refrigerators?? those were actually kinda cool. Bubbles did not work in the hot tub, so I sat there in heavily chlorinated, hot water hating life. Happy Hour Bar did not have an attendant, it was tough to get a beer, and they had one selection for wine. Handle broken on gym toilet in unisex bathroom, couldn't flush it & one of treadmill's was out of service.

Not good hotel

The sheet bed had a yellow stain. Then the jiccuci for both of them was not working. There were kids jumping in the swimming pool and the reception didn't say anything after 2 customers told them something. Would I go back? No, b3cause after I told them about the sheets. The manager of the cleaning department got upset with me. I addressee ot to her why was she upset but she denied it.

We got the handicap- accessible room
The bed was old and uncomfortable - one person moved, the other moved
The bathroom had mold
The showerhead did not have a base yo you had to hold it
The airconditioner (heating) was a very noisy and allowed a big temperature variation between its automatic on and off
And noise the whole night
Breakfast was good, coffee was very good
