The bed was so soft and perfect matching the the amazing Christmas decorations. Cant wait to stay again.

No response when we called with a problem. Arrived after dark. Hard to see key pads. Boxes piled up in foyer. Bed sheets were dirty. Coffee maker had an old, used container. In the morning cleaning person only spoke Portuguese. Took two days to get a response from management. Received an email. Never got a phone call after leaving several messages. Place is for sale. Apparently they don't care.

This was the most amazing place to stay! Beautiful old mansion, HUGE room which included an ensuite full bathroom and sitting area. Decor was incredible. And they were starting to decorate for Christmas which made it more magical. And the bed…OMG! The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! Location was great, too. And for the price….i still can’t believe it. Best birthday vacation ever!

I never imagined that I would be able to afford to stay in a beautiful mansion but the Hamilton Hoppin House help make that dream come true. The house is very luxurious and you will feel like royalty. It is close to everything.

Lovely old historic mansion, huge rooms and such a comfy bed. Only us seemed to be staying in the house, which was a little un-nerving considering the properties history!
No owners are on site and there is nobody to greet you. Entry is difficult as it is all done remotely.
Excellent value for money and very convenient for Newport and its amenities.
