We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The concierge went over and above to ensure our stay was pleasant. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and would say he was the most professional hospitable concierge I have ever met. Thank you!

Maybe when construction done

The check I was easy. The lobby is impressive, and best part of the hotel. The suite was very small. When you pull out the sofa bed no room for your suitcase in either the bedroom or the front area. We had an 8 and 10 year old and couple. It was way to small. The water coming out of the shower smelled like sewage for the first few minuets. The refrigerator froze our soda and juice. I assume the free snacks was because they were remodeling, the suite above us construction stopped by 6pm but they started before 8am. So no sleeping for us. The pull out mattress was disgusting we flipped it over. The pool would have been nice except for the four adults and 20 kids that were screaming and yelling. I thought there was a limit to how m y people can be in one room, it appeared at least 10 people wee in one room. This was the same people at the pool. They also had to have the staff come up later that night and talk to them, we asked for the fifth floor and was given the third floor. I expect people working he front desk of a hotel to have knowledge of the area, such as where to eat. We were given a QR code that we were told had options in the area. After 10 minuets of searching the site we only found information about the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was typical cereal, overly processed eggs, Turkey sausage, muffins, etc. they did have an omelet station that we didn’t try, band it was not self serve for main items. Overall, disappointing.

Did not meet my expectations of a Hilton hotel

This is a beautiful area in ridgeland. All of the employees that I encountered were very nice, from the front desk at check-in to the bartender. That’s why I gave 3 stars. The hotel is in need of maintenance and renovations. The lobby carpet leading to the elevator was frayed. That’s when my expectations were lowered. The hallways did not smell fresh and the walls were dirty. The first room that I checked into was horrible. It was dirty and part of the tile on the bathroom floor was gone. Feces was stuck to the inside of the toilet, and scratches were on the outside of the toilet. There were scratches on the furniture as well. I showed pics I had taken to the guy at the front desk. He apologized, changed my room and said that he would try to get the manager to add points to my Hilton account. The second room was ok. The door handle was loose. Again, nothing smelled fresh. This room was cleaner but still not great. Also the faucet in the bathtub leaked. The sofa looks old and the furniture had scratches on it. I really hope that they renovate soon.
