Great staff! They made sure we had a ride to the hotel even though our flight was delayed past midnight. Clean rooms! Very comfy!

Ant infestation in our room. Even though the hotel had given another family we were with a comped night on a trip for the similar reason 16 months ago. They weren’t willing to do the same for us. The GM claimed he was on a conference call instead of talking to me. Terrible service unclean hotel. Ants were all over the couch bed my son and I slept on the first night before we changed rooms without any offer of assistance by hotel staff.

The room was decent and felt clean when we arrived. However I woke up to an ant in my face and then ants on my phone. In the morning we found ants kept popping up on the sofa and desk.

New Owners = Less service

This hotel has undergone ownership changes in recent years. The pricing structure for amenities has been revised; for example, coffee is now priced at $4 per cup. Previously, a hot pot of coffee was available for guests. Customer service at the front desk has varied, with some staff members providing friendly assistance while others do not engage as much with guests.
Additionally, the hotel now charges for parking, which was previously complimentary. The shuttle service associated with the park-and-fly package has also changed; the start time for the shuttle has shifted from 4 am to 6 am. These changes may affect guests who are looking to catch early flights. It eliminates this hotel as an option for our future stays.

I had gotten out of the airport and needed a place to stay. I initially had trouble finding the location (didn't know there were three locations and thus three different shuttles), but eventually found the shuttle I needed.
Mariott as a whole was supportive in getting me the shuttle I needed once I gave them a call. I didn't know some Mariotts were more popular than others, hahaha.
Anyways, the young man that picked me up had an immaculate level of hospitality, and personally helped get all my bags (I had a lot since I'm military) in order with a bellhop and checked me into my room.
It was a long 16-hour flight when I got there, and the rest I got was perfection. I do not know his name, but I thank him as well as the lovely ladies that helped me out the following morning for check-out and driving the shuttle to the airport so I could embark on my next flight.
