Stacy, at the front desk, was amazing and greeted us as we walked in. Throughout our short stay Stacy even greeted me good morning and answered our questions. My interactions were more with day shift but all seemed pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was heavensent after the long trip. Overall, I would stay again if I was in the area.

Great location for visiting grandchildren at the university

Great location. Phenomenal mattress. No complaints. Front desk folks were very nice and let us check in early. Room was huge. Everything was very clean, very close to the university which was the reason we came. Had fun making the apple cinnamon waffles with the waffle machine. Unlimited complimentary coffee in the lobby, I really don’t understand the negative comments. It’s not the Taj Mahal, but it’s a perfectly fine motel.

Worst hotel don’t waste your money

Would not Recommend, they don’t clean anything not even the coffee makers I’ve seen roaches crawling into the room door from another room which is so disgusting. There’s mold and hair that they chose to just leave there. Also the people that work there, the meanest snobbiest people I’ve ever met they act like they are so much better than you which is far from it since all they do is sit behind the desk doing nothing not even getting you something you need . I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable

My stay was very safe and relaxing. My favorite place to stay at Vestal. Good breakfast. I love the fitness room, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

It was an overnight stay. Everything was great except the bathtub, very old dingy and rusty.
