#1 Best stay in DC-Where sophistication and elegance meets comfort!

There was one hotel that stood out for celebrating my birthday, and the Willard was it. My wife and I appreciate the attentive staff and the outstanding customer service provided. Here they constantly exceed our expectations . They say "a picture is worth a thousand words, I would like to share a few with you. This is a stunning suite. Extra spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable. We can not express our gratitude enough. It truly feels like returning home.
The Willard alleviates the stress associated with vacations. Oh, did I mention location? The hotel is conveniently situated near all the museums, dining options, memorials, and the cherry blossoms! I highly recommended booking here!
I would also like to thank you for the large bottled waters, personalized card, and the delicious birthday cake.

Wonderful Willard Stay

The Willard is a magical hotel, especially so at the holidays. We stayed in the amazing Teddy Roosevelt Suite and are still wow’d by its splendor! The views of downtown DC are expansive and impressive. The suite boasts 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchenette, dining room, rotunda living room, and lovey primary suite! The decor is inviting and modern with some old world touches that make the time we spent there feel luxurious! We slept so well in the large comfortable bed and heard almost no noise despite the hotel being extremely busy and the suite located near the elevators. Gotta appreciate a bidet toilet that was a thoughtful modern appointment in the high-end primary bathroom. We enjoyed delicious cocktails and appetizers at the Round Robin bar and ordered-in breakfast to make our stay last a little bit longer. Shoutout to Vanessa who checked us in with a warm welcome and Natasha who checked us out inviting us to return soon. From the valet to bar and room service, we felt valued and well cared for! The hotel was packed and busy but we never felt rushed and all the amenities were tidy and clean. We highly recommend the Willard and thank them for making our stay so special!

Beautiful room

It's a very double impression.
In general, of course, the hotel is good... initially moved into a one-bedroom suite (in general, it's not bad), but then moved, to a suite named after Willard, because of the heavy noise in the room. Willard's suite recently underwent a renovation, but it wasn't done very well, there are noticeable flaws, the staff responsible can check everything, showers and cabinets...
This did not interfere much, although showering, not very comfortable, and cost the latest model of TOTO toilet (designer hard ban for shower). The main downside is the employees. No welcome, no hospitality, no soul... a very big nutritional problem. Breakfast is just a shambles. And there's nothing decent around. It's a real mess. Room service can be used, of course, but it gets boring fast. Room breakfasts were also troubled, then forgotten, then not... but, on the whole, the hotel is nice if you need this neighborhood. I don't know about the standard room situation...

Wonderful!!

We had a fabulous mother and daughter high tea celebrating my daughter’s birthday! Wonderful staff! They made my daughter feel so special! We will be back very soon! We highly recommend the afternoon tea service! Thank you to Deepak and his staff!

Delicious scones, excellent waiter but far too expensive.

I went for tea with a friend. Deepak was a top- notch server. So professional, polite and attentive.
However some of the food was unexceptional, although the scones and tea were excellent.
Unfortunately the cost of the meal was far too high so I won't be coming back
