Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. I had booked a room with 2 queens and a hide-a-bed since there was three of us. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows in the room and the mattress was horrible.

Yuck. We had an awful stay. Paid for an upgraded room but it was really dirty. Smelled like a pet room, the bathroom door was super dirty of but sides with visual spots and crud, was gross to the touch. Made the mistake of letting my 9yo son(blonde) use the jetted tub in the room and when we drained the water, the tub was lined with tons of black hairs and some sort of disgusting scum. Didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off in the room. Pool area was very dingy and dark and reeked of over chlorinated water. Floor in the breakfast area was very sticky and made audible sounds while walking. All of the breakfast food was cold. Never again.

Clean nice hotel right off of I5

Clean nice hotel right off of I5. It is very conveniently located close to restaurants. Staff is friendly and courteous. Front desk staff Emily was professional and very helpful. Hot breakfast was nice and the spa was very relaxing after a long day of work. Overall a very good experience.

It was good relaxing stay. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hot Breakfast was better then expected, lot of options. Great restaurants in the immediate area. Safeway close by. Perfect location for travelers on I-5, right on the freeway

Perfect - Friendly Staff, Clean and GREAT breakfast!

Everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly, the room was super-clean, the bed and pillows was comfy, the location was great (close to highway but no noise), the bathroom had everything we needed, coffee was in the lobby around the corner, and there were free cookies at front desk. The breakfast was 100% perfect. This was our 4th hotel on a road-trip and by far it was the best breakfast. Our dog was comfy and happy, too. Staff was cleaning the front lobby when we left.
