Very modern, spacious, quiet and pleasant hotel

1) It is located in an area about 50 blocks from the center, in front of the most important station of the Argentine Automobile Club. 2) It is two blocks from the Jail, so it is a guarded area. 3) It is a very modern two-story building with first-class construction. 4) The floors are porcelain tile. 5) The breakfast room is very spacious and comfortable. 5) Breakfast is continental, with various options and the famous two huge thermoses for coffee and milk, where the coffee is never hot but barely lukewarm. 6) Cleanliness and neatness are optimal. 7) The elevator is spacious and technologically very current. 7) The rooms are spacious, with ultra cozy box spring beds. 8) The pillows are hard, very good for my taste, although they may be uncomfortable for other people. 9) The TV is a flat screen with normal cable channels. 10) There are essential outlets. 11) The key system of the piece is one that is inserted into a reader and the doors are opened electronically. 12) To save energy, the card must be inserted into a device on the wall that activates all the lights in the room. When leaving, the card is removed and everything turns off. 13) The bathroom does not have a bathtub and the water leaks out of the shower, which makes the floor very slippery and dangerous and, to make matters worse, there are no handles. 14) The air conditioning is poorly installed because it focuses the air directly on the bed, right in front of you. The standards always indicate that it should be placed laterally for air circulation and not direct flow. Even worse when the remote control only turns it on and off without being able to vary anything, not even the temperature. 15) The ladies who run the dining room are very attentive. 16) The garage is very safe, guarded and spacious for several vehicles, with three entrance gates but only one works (for security).

very good service and price

the rooms are good , the breakfast is very good, front desk service is great. the hotel is nice and clean, they inform and help the tourist with good ifnformation , their is some delay in room cleaing at daytime but is good in general. good and secure taxi service provided.

Nice and clean, but too far away!

I chose this hotel because it seemed a good value for being fairly new and modern. Probably it would be great for businessmen, but for holiday couples without transportation, it was just too far away from everything. No restaurants or shops nearby either. The room was clean with comfortable beds, but without any written information regarding using the phone, hotel amenities (actually there aren't any), room service, local attractions, nothing. The continental breakfast was just ok, but the restaurant serves dinner from 9-12 with a choice of two main dishes. I was sick and so we ate in the hotel twice and it was delicious. We were sorry we hadn't booked near the Plaza Independencia or more downtown.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff with a good vibe !
Ask for a room on the other side of the hotel, not on the street. This is noisy otherwise !

Happy to finally get there...

After 26 hours in a collectivo from Iguazu, we were happy to finally get there... So, first of all, the hotel is very new and very nice. Our room was clean, with a lot of space and the bathroom was also clean.
The staff of the hotel was very helpfull with us. We could use the telephone to book the next hostal and very polite !
It was a typical argentinian breakfast with cafe con leche y media lunas, what do you want more !!!
When you book your room, be aware to ask a room who is not on the side of the street. It was quiet noisy but with good earplugs, you don't hear anything. That's the only thing we had to deal with.
Otherwise, a good place to sleep with a good vibe !
