Customer service is very good and welcoming. We have stayed here before and love the pool access off the room. The room is a little dated but otherwise clean.

We have stayed here many times now and love staying here. The room location we had this time was our favourite but we still loved our stay.
We always stay in a 3 bedroom lagoon swimout due to the easy access to the pool and parking.

Pros : close to grocery store, liquor store and wildlife Habitat. Nice living space and confortable beds.
Cons : building itself need some upgrades, no lights in pools. Elevator smells mouldy. Washing machine was broken and did not drain, had to pull out all the clothes from water to drain by hand. Hotel did give us a key to another room one floor below to wash our clothes.
Nice big kitchen but minimum cookware.
Will not stay here again if we come back in the area.
