I loved my stay here.

One of my favourite hotels. The location isn't walking distance to the main part of Vienna but is super accessible to the U/Train, and its location to Wien HBF is great. Plenty of food options inside the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great. My only complaint is that the room was quite hot and you can't adjust the temperature, and the window unfortunately didn't open. There is a seat in the window but it's very narrow and not super comfortable. Although the rooftop bar was closed (assuming since its winter) you can still go up and the view is amazing.

Room is located strategically near to the Vienna Central Station. Service is good, vegetarian breakfast is wonderful and the view from the room is phenomenal!! Highly recommended!

Comfortable and conveniently located

We stayed here for over a week during the holidays and found this hotel very pleasant. We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by Monika at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful. She stored our luggage for us until it was time to check in and was friendly throughout our stay as were all of the employees of the hotel. We felt the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room came with a mini fridge, hairdryer, bottled water and a kettle. The best part of the room was that we were able to control the temperature of our room which we often find is a problem for us in other places. The room also had a television that we were able to connect with our tablet to stream Netflix. However, we thought the room was a little small, there were no luggage racks and the WiFi connection on the 5th floor wasn’t always good. The housekeeping staff were friendly and were able to supply us with extra items like towels and water upon request. There is a nice exercise room on the top floor. We had breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed it very much. There are two large self-serve coffee machines, tea, various milks and juice, hot and cold items, and a small plate of ham slices upon request. The dining room staff were also friendly. The hotel is located across the street from the main train station and has everything you might need from grocery stores and clothing stores to places for takeaway food. You can also access the subway from inside the train station and the tram line D is located down the street from the hotel which will take you to the historic part of the city. If you need an affordable and conveniently located hotel, this is it.

Over the Moon for Mooons

My friend and I stayed for a total of 5 nights at Mooons and loved it. It is very conveniently located by the main train station with easy access to the U1 station for transport into the center of town. The room itself is compact but includes everything you would need, and the toiletries in the bathroom smell lovely. Sadly, the rooftop bar was already closed for the season, so we did not have a chance to experience that.

Outstanding hotel

The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way possible. On arrival it was a very smooth and quiet check in with commentary drinks .I picked garden veiw and requested to be high up ro enjoy the view explaining the trip was for my Husband's birthday . on arrival chocolate with a cute birthday message was waiting in our room for him. Our room was on the 9th floor with a fantastic view.The location was perfect walking distance to everything needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.
