These are basic clean rooms. Not flash but it's a great price and it's probably ideal for a short stop over. Google maps will direct you to a different location a street over , this is not the place. Use the address on the booking site . This is budget accommodation but it's in a quiet and safe area. The staff are also very friendly.

Horrid stay! They lied to us and it cost us a lot of money! When we firat arrived at the listed address (both via this webite and maps) there was no hotel - the address was a school. I called the phone number listed and was given a new address about a block away. They had moved! We walked down and checked in. They asked if we had a car and needed parking. We said we'd just have the car one night (Sat) as we were turning it in Sun morning. They said great, parking is free on the weekends. Sunday morning we walked outside to find a parking ticket on our car. We asked them about this (same people who told us it was free the night before) and they said we had to have a parking permit. We asked why they told us it was free parking and they tried to claim they didn't say anything of the sort. Complete lie. The ticket ended up costing us a lot of time and money.
Also, when they cleaned our room, they moved all our items around, including our toiletries. Not acceptable! I don't want some stranger touching all my stuff and moving it, especially things like my toothbrush!
At check-in, they also have you sign a ledger book with your important personal information and then they leave that ledger with all your information sitting unsecured on their counter for anyone to look through. With the constant threat of identity theft, I made my page disappear at some point, as I was not comfortable with anyone being able to have access to all that important information. Terrible place.

Decent base

It is important to note this is a Pension not a Hotel. Budget class but not budget price. It is Vienna so all prices are high.Staff friendly and helpful. Big let down on the bathroom, Raised shower pan, no hand rails so difficult to get in and out. Staff provided a bathmat to put in the shower. No rubber mat available. Room was fine though we had no fridge. There was a cold drinks machine in communal dining area but the hot drinks machine was not working. Great public transport system. Restaurants pricey but some excellent take-aways. A university city the students were very helpful and all spoke English. Older residents were not so magnanimous and we were told this was to be expected. Great architecture

enough for the stay

Maybe the rating should be GOOD. it is very well located. good price. the way to get a little complicated because they have declared an address that is not so it arrives by chance. the couple attending are oriental. the wife spoke English. the husband very little so it was difficult at times to communicate. the regular cleaning (the bathroom had smell). but nothing serious. it was tidy and neat. it had electric kettle, indispensable. perfect shower. rest very well. quiet place. small but enough. what I do think is incredible is that there is no microwave available. there was a kitchen but they closed it when they left (they could only use it).
