Very good address

I go down approx. 3 times a year to this Mercury having to do professionally in the area. The place is for me ideal near the highway and easily accessible by car with covered and open parking. The service offered is impeccable with a generous breakfast buffet and a restaurant for dinner. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The hotel has a gym that I have not yet used. I will be back in 4 months.

The reception and bar staff are great, lots of effort on their part, well appointed modern and clean hotel, one temporary draw back was the early morning tooting of horns and construction work from neighbouring development, so only a few hours sleep had, prior to an important appointment. Not the hotels fault, but a heads up to get an early night would have been good.
Im sure the work will be completed soon enough.

always a pleasure staying here

welcomed as soon as we walked in. friendly efficient receptionist. room fresh and clean, well done housekeeping staff. bar and restaurant staff friendly and efficient as usual. plenty of breakfast choice, tables quickly cleared even though it was busy. a great start to a break for us, that is why we have returned so many times!

A nice place to stay with nice room and dining options

The room was clean and the necessary functionality provided. Our demand for shower soap because the reservoir was empty was immediately anticipated. After we were back in the room a new reservoir was delivered.
With the hot weather it was pleasant to use the air conditioning which was not too loud but still functional. If you wanted, you could also open the window.
The toilet was separate from the bathroom which we think is a plus.
Friendly welcome but also in the restaurant. We were allowed to eat outside on the terrace (dinner) and after it got colder still have our dessert inside.
The menu is not too big but the food was still tasty and tasteful. No hassle to look for a restaurant in the area.
The hotel is suitable for a short stop before Trips. It is near a motorway but we did not experience any disturbing noise from the road.
The breakfast buffet was rich and tastefully provided. You don't leave this place hungry!
Highly recommended who passes near Roeselare and wants to stay overnight.

6 nights excellent stay

In the region twice a year and always at the Mercure Roeselare. The position is ideal for my business engagements. Room is confortable and including all possible services and there is an excellent restaurant. Parking places are available (woulrd be good if there would be some e-charger with different types of loadigs. I cannot charge my hybrid car). Close to the motorway. Very easy check in and out.
