I Liked This Hotel
Decent breakfast, good size rooms, bed was great. Internet worked well. The outside area was so so, but it was smack in Centro. The hotel was clean and modern. There was nothing really negative I could say, maybe just the stairs. Be better for less mobile people if lifts were available. I'd stay here again

Stay at Oft Garden
I stayed with my mother and my brother, a 4 year old child, I had been told that we would arrive early in the morning, we had to climb several flights of stairs, with a sleeping child on our lap and several suitcases and no one at reception helped, the shower was bad. water was coming out due to lack of cleaning, air conditioning with a dusty smell, relatively cramped room, breakfast I didn't like. If you're looking for a value for money hotel, stay at the Oft Garden which is the same value and better!

I regretted
Hotel very well located, but very deserted at night. It does not have on-site parking, and is 3 blocks away. I stayed with my wife, and even though the receptionist saw this, he didn't give me an additional towel or blanket. After climbing 3 floors of stairs and walking through corridors, I saw a message inside the bathroom informing that one more towel should be requested at reception, if there was more than one person... I thought it was absurd. To top it off, they asked me for 40 minutes to pick up my car…. I preferred to walk the 3 long blocks to get my vehicle and get out of there... the room is spacious, the coffee is good, but the reception staff lacks goodwill!

Dingy Flea Bag
They could not find my reservation, they overcharged my CC by 150%. The breakfast gave me diarrhea and the AC did not work. Lousy unsafe neighborhood, terrible service, only stay here if your other choice is homelessness.

This place is a dive to be avoided at all costs. They tried to overcharge me, the neighborhood is shady, and the room was abysmal.
