O hotel e confortável e limpo . Tem um aviso de que a recepção não trabalha no domingo das meia noite de domingo até às 5h de segunda feira e isso me preocupou. Mas os dias foi tranquilo.

Péssima

Infelizmente não tenho nada de bom a dizer sobre esse Hotel. Fiquei com minha mãe no quarto 106 (Térreo), pois ela é cardíaca e não pode subir escadas, até ai tudo bem, mas o quarto é horrível, bem pequeno e antigo. O chuveiro têm três furos grandes da onde a água sai como se fosse numa bica, então tivemos que tomar banho com o chuveirinho. O cheiro do quarto era bem ruim, não dava para entender se era de naftalina, urina ou algum produto. Abrimos o quarto e nem assim o cheiro foi embora. Como estava frio usei o edredom que era de baixa qualidade e bem velho (surrado e com bolinha). O lençois tb estavam bem ruins e tinha poeira nos objetos. Só não pedi para trocar pois já estavamos instaladas e não quis causar canseira em minha mãe que já tem 81 anos. Sobre o café da manhã terminava as 9 hrs em pleno domingo e deixa a desejar o cardapio.

Minha estadia foi muito boa , o atendimento pelo Renato foi muito bom, muito prestativo , o serviço de limpeza de quarto foi ótima e de confiança , foi muito bom , estão de parabéns.
