Must Visit

This was our first visit to the resort with my husband, and we’re already planning to return with our kids! The resort is very family-friendly and offers convenient bus rides to the parks every 20 minutes, along with delicious breakfast and dinner options. A special shoutout to Joao Pedro, one of our servers, who truly made our experience exceptional with his friendly and attentive service. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent service and very clean. The only downside is how the room numbers were setup. They don’t match the floor you’re in. Other than that everything g was great! Great breakfast and dinner.

We had a great time but left with a wicked stomach bug. Both my kids had to go to the hospital and get an IV. Perhaps they should monitor and request that families with sick children isolate as to avoid contamination and have their staff serve the food instead of buffet style, where everyone is talking and sneezing on top of the food. Thank you

Great Family vacation

Super attentive hotel staff.
Super well maintained facilities. We enjoyed every moment.
All meals with a good variety for all tastes.
The transfer to the Hot park worked perfectly everyday.
We were in four in a room and the hotel prepared very quick all beds for the kids.

I wish there was a directory of the rooms since the area of the hotel complex is wide and makes one harder to locate the room.
