Great stay. Well-maintained spaces, spectacular views and very attentive staff.

Excellent breakfast and ample parking. I recommend it for family and work. Large spaces, beautiful views and attentive and well-prepared staff. Good location for Galeão. Close to tourist attractions, such as Rio and Petrópolis.

Needs maintenance and decoration

I know the Ibis Styles network, but I was disappointed with this hotel. Leakage in the bathroom, light on the mirror does not work, has no face towels (hotel policy). There's no extra blanket.
The train hurts a lot during the dawn. But there's nothing Things to do but put windows with acoustics.
Totally lacking in decoration both in the rooms and in the coffee environment, especially if it is a category Styles.
Employees are on a 10. All very friendly and helpful!

If you want to rest, avoid this place.

If you are staying to rest. Give up on this hotel. Freight trains pass by all night at the bottom of the hotel. Trains pass by honking loudly. The train seems to pass inside the room if the noise is so loud. Sleepless nights for sure. The hotel does not provide ear protection.

Simply Awful.

No security, rooms can be reached direct from open garage. Security system in elevator out of order.
Dirty towels in room, somebody wiped their arse on one. Phoned reception, told to come down to changd the towel.
Restaurant / Bar unnatended, tramps entering begging for food.
Gymnasium equipment a joke.
Lights falling off of walls in room, bare wires.
