非常好的。 房間很吵

酒店是新的而且工作人員真的很好很靈敏。 有漂亮的泳池和公共區域。 然而, 房間很吵, 有一點隱私也沒有說是你可以清楚聽到隔壁房間的臥室以及浴室裏的... 我相信這是最好的選擇維林霍斯。

I loved everything but the recreation is TOP

Hello, if you are looking for a family hotel, quiet, with lots of leisure options, wonderful food, heated pools, for rainy days you can also enjoy as they are still hot.
But now whenotem recreation with Viva in Action, wonderful team, we met the uncles Ibra( engrçadissimo, amoroao with the children and super patient), Uncle Mat ( crazy, imita dog and various voices, had the joke and he let give imama ovada in his sensational head. Aunt Cachinhos, super loving and fun. Aunt Marcinha ball show goes into the mess too.
After all this team was simply note milllllllll
Whoever has a child will truly love...thanks for the affection for my daughter and for us.

THEY CAN'T DEAL WITH HUMANS

The worst customer service in the world, does not have the minimum of education, hotel structure very bad, gym closed in maintenance but had nothing in maintenance, mini golf course was flooded and did nothing to help, tiny restaurant for the hotel, the only thing that saves is the food that really, unlike any hotel, is wonderful.

Bad service

Excellent food, saved the whole Christmas experience. Outside that, maximum crowding, restaurant does not involve all people, had to change the restaurant to two separate convention rooms. I mean, my family ate all the separate meals, because they had to eat where they were. School in maintenance, we had to ask to arrange and the care always with bad will. Mini golf flooded by the rain, on a sunny day we asked to clean the area to be used and nothing was done. If we wanted to use it, we had to clean it ourselves, total dishonesty. They had 2 elevators, both broke!! Babies with carts, elderly and chairs using the stairs, chaos. They only picked up one and the other one was banned all the time. We arrived one morning and the pool was foam and dirty, we asked to clean the pool and the attendant who was in the pool said that it was already clean. The pool was clearly dirty, instead of trying to solve it, the staff always beat in front of what we were talking about. A failure, lack of training. The drink in the restaurants you pick up, are not served by waiters, my aunt informed her apartment and then the attendant came to inform that she had spoken a "fake" apartment, gave the understanding that she wanted to pick up a drink for free and when she spoke the number really existed, the attendant accused that she didn't even know the numbers of the bangalows themselves. That is, the attendant did not know the accommodation numbers, instead of asking, she first accused the guest. Again, bad service.

Group of 50 people - Christmas - Deficiency in management

Good hotel, does not have very large total area but the rooms and common areas clean and well cared for and the food is good. Good for business events; has leisure structure and limited parking space. Kitchen staff, room cleaners, very polite monitors. We were at Christmas in a group of 50 people and our problem was with the disrespect and even some arrogance of the hotel management. It started on the first day; at the pool we were informed that the bar would only be open until 16:00 (check-in on this day was at 14:00). I was aware that we could only consume drinks from the hotel, but if there was no such option, already at the reception, I asked if you would consume drinks that I had brought and was in the room; they replied that "no" said that it was wine and I offered to pay the bucket (system available at the hotel) but the receptionist replied that it would not be possible pq there would be no attendant or glasses to be provided pq the staff were working on the preparation of dinner. Some time later, the bar attendant came to inform us that her "superior" had authorized the service of the bar until 17:30...
Another "novel" was that of the videokê... in a group of 50 people aged 1 to 90 years old - in a leisure event like Christmas - there must be entertainment for 4 days... that was something that had already been negotiated in the contracting of the package... on the first day, we were allocated in the smaller event room, which was great - the acoustic structure did not bother the guests... the next day, we suggested to stay in the closed games room (we made it clear that it would be open to all hotel guests who wanted to enjoy the videokê - and there were guests who were not of our group who gathered together and sat a lot with us) - but the answer that was could not be there because it would bother the nearby bungalows (during the day ?!?) and the option that was given to us was in front of the pool; in the open area - for those who like videookê is fun, but for those who do not like an annoying discomfort. It didn't take long for some guests to start complaining. It was obvious that it would bother more there in the pool - in an open area where most of the guests were (because we didn't have a lot of leisure options) than in a room where the sound would spread less...and, if the hotel already knew of our videoké - why didn't they allocate members in our group next to the room where we could stay to install the videoké and those other guests who didn't want to be bothered by noise in the most distant bungalows since, of the 7 bungalows existing in the hotel, we booked 5 of them?!
Another negative point was the dinner on the 23rd. The hotel was crowded.
with 200 people to dine. Opened the event rooms with just over 100 seats. I went down at 19:15h with 3 older people (+ 80 years old) and there were only 2 tables available! And there were still no other people in our group... I had to ask for a person who was with me to sit at one of the tables so that the old people could serve each other and then have a place to sit... When other family members of the group arrived for dinner, they stayed from there to there, from here to there with the dish in the hand pq there was no more room... until a blessed person from the hotel took the initiative to open the restaurant so that the rest of the guests had a place to stay... because by then, the restaurant would not be open for dinner that night... as a hotel with 200 guests provides practically only half the seats counting on "rotation"?!? What about dinner time? People stay at the tables...
We have traveled at Christmas in family - in hotels for over 20 years. And we used to be a very democratic group. We love meeting different people and making friends with other guests. We always try to solve things by talking. Because today we have children, grandchildren and we have to be an example to them. It's a pity that this experience didn't have much talk. Total failure. The conclusion is that there was a lack of preparation from the administration/management in dealing with people and in logistics. I hope the hotel will consider this "comment" as constructive criticism.
