Friendly people at the counter didn't realize it didn't have a fridge the bath tub wouldn't drain but the bathroom was clean overall it was a gd place

Lights not working in room. Can’t shower the water is cold the sink leaks and drips on floor room smells musty. Lost 20.00 because the games don’t work and hotel staff at the front desk thought it was funny and laughed at us. Made reservations for 3 adults 2 kids and only 2 towels provided had to bring 3 towels back from the pool. Also the elevator is not working right you push the button for your floor number and it stops at random floors instead of the floor you want. Staff is Extremely rude. Will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was dirty and had a bad smell throughout the hallways. Our room had carpet spots ripped up, hair shavings on the sink, a broken and taped tv, and writing on the wall. We will not be staying here again.

The check in process was smooth and uneventful. Our room was clean and the heater worked perfectly, as the temperature was well below zero.
The washroom fan made so much noise, it was shocking. A technician was sent to investigate the issue but, obviously it was never fixed as the loud noise persisted.
On the flipside, the ice machine on our floor did not work. Housekeeping cleaned our room and made the bed as normal, however, the towels were not replaced. My wife went to the front desk to report that there were no towels in the room and was told, "we will have someone take the towels to your room right away". Three hours later, after we returned from our outdoor activities, there were still no towels in our room.
We saw one of the Housekeeping ladies and asked her for some towels, but she said that she doesn't have towels but will get someone to bring them to our room. That process took almost another hour.
Then finally, after we checked out, my credit card was charged an additional $7 , which i was told was for the two bottles of water, that we drank, that were on the table in our room. Apparently, there was a note next ro the bottles, stating that they were $3.50 each. I guess a bottle of water is no longer complimentary when staying in a hotel.
We visit Niagara on a regular basis and will not be staying at this hotel, ever again.

The check in and check our was fast and easy. The location of the hotel is good. Carpet need bit cleaning or to be remove. Hotel is bot deteriorating. Water condensación. Try to us the pool with my kids. The water was to cold.
