とっても良いホテルでした。ベッド、ピローは一流ホテルのと同じものを使用とのことで、快適でした。送迎や朝食付きも凄く助かりました(美味しかったです)
宿泊費も手頃でコスパが凄くいいと思います。そして何よりスタッフの皆さんがとても親切で感じがいいです! 滞在時日本人スタッフが5人もいました。長期滞在にもいいと思います。ビクトリアのダウンタウンへのバス停も近いです。

外觀及環境較差但房間有重新裝修很大很乾淨，免費停車及附早餐。下單時看説明早餐是自助式，但入住時因餐廳在整修改為客房服務，就是兩三片吐司一顆水煮蛋一小杯咖啡及茶，很差的早餐！優點就是房間很大很乾淨浴室也裝修得很不錯！如果是家庭旅遊不建議入住！

房間、服務很好，包早餐及全日飲品非常週到，如酒店外觀裝飾及早餐食品能加強，則性價比能做足100分，謝謝！

Only thing that wasn’t fabulous was the toilet sounded like it would drain on its own each night. The sound woke us up the first night. Not sure if it was from someone else flushing their toilet, maybe the plumbing is old, but other than that, we would stay here again

Really enjoyed the Great Room, both for the Continental Breakfast and as a Games Room with our guests. We played pool / snooker, some of the games available on-site as well as some we brought. It had just been renovated and was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint was the temperature in our room, which got up to 78 degrees during the day. The air conditioning unit did not have a working "Low" setting and so was very loud. We turned it off when we went to bed but had to turn it On - Off several times in the night.
