出差来住酒店的，当时前台小姐姐特别好给我还升级房型了，房间有浪漫布置的，酒店早餐种类也比较多，我在减脂期也可以吃很健康的早餐，还可以让厨师煮小面，环境很不错，特别点赞前台的服务，细心到位

特别喜欢这个酒店的香薰味道，一进酒店就可以闻到，还有洗护产品的味道，这次出差还带了几瓶走，酒店的床很大很软，前台还给免费升级了房型，设施很智能，小度可以开关很方便。

图上的实际一样，酒店很新，干净卫生，放假智能喊小度都能解决，体验感非常好。性价比高，楼下就是万达广场，交通，购物便利，商务和旅行都很适合。

酒店大堂很大气，但是房间不太好。当时给我的第一个房间，我一进门，一股烟味扑面而来。联系换房，换到隔壁，烟味还是很重。服务员告诉我是因为他们洗地毯，洗液的味道。说实话，我从来没有听说过洗地毯的味道竟然跟烟味一样。后来再换房，烟味好一点了，我就接受了。一个酒店如果允许客人吸烟，那就做好清扫工作。第二，前台未告知自助餐厅早餐时间，第二天我打电话的时候就已经结束了。另外我用摄像机模式扫描了酒店的每个角落，然后在房间的空调面板的右下角发现了一个和摄像机像头的紫红点，我怀疑是针孔摄像机，但是考虑到之前的问题太多，我就没有反馈，然后用毛巾挡了一下。酒店隔音效果不好，走廊里小孩跑来跑去的声音，大人们说话的声音好大，一大早把我吵醒了，真的很失望。

亲爱的小主，非常抱歉给您带来不好的入住体验，房间问题确实是我们这边的问题，我们也会加强培训，把房间的气味问题和细节卫生这块立即整改，前台这块我们也会加强培训，杜绝该情况再次发生，先生您反应的针孔摄像头的事情，我们酒店是不可能存在的，我们每个房间都有排查，也有排查记录在的,安全问题，小麗这边一直是特别重视，也请小主您放心，我们也会加强楼层巡视，您反应的这个楼层吵闹情况，我们也会加强重视，杜绝发生，给您带来的不好的感受，再次给您致歉，希望小主您下次还能再次预订我们家，我们一定当面向您致歉，祝您生活愉快！
