Failure to present proper documentation will result in the hotel reserving the right of admission. Guests will be required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to verify their identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information while these guidelines are in effect. Please note that only guests residing abroad, who have been in the country for less than 90 days and are in possession of a TP-11 or 5 temporary visa or PTP-5 temporary stay permit are exempt from paying the 19% VAT for the duration of their stay. This will be validated by requesting the identity card or passport at the time of check-in. The 19% VAT tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
