Fantastic place to stay. Our late evening flight was delayed 1hr so we didn’t get to the apartment till later than expected. With no reception at the property the lady who greeted us, Martina, waited till we got there to show us around. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Modern stylish comfortable and immaculately clean with everything you would need for your stay. The roof terrace was an added bonus. Well cared for grounds and the pool was just what you needed after a days sight seeing. 15 min walk and you are in Zadar old town. Nice beach front with a few restaurants. We enjoyed DIR restaurant & bar the best great food reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend Bellamare Appartments. Thank you🇭🇷👍😍

Hidden Gem in Zadar
We have never been to Zadar before and so we were unsure on where to stay but knew we wanted to have a pool and something not too far away from the centre and we struck gold. What a perfectly situated little Oasis we found in the apartments.
We arrived late on the evening around 22:30, but as instructed called our host Mislav to let him know we had arrived.
Within 3 minutes he was there to greet us and show us to our apartment, which our expectations were exceeded, we had a 1 bedroom apartment and they are very spacious and spotlessly clean.
They had everything you needed and more for a self catering holiday.
As an added bonus we had a lovely bottle of Croatian wine waiting for us from Mislav.
We went on a wonder for some water and food and just wanted to get settles for the rest of the night and make an early start of it.
Within 3 minutes from the Apartments there is a lovely restaurant and is reasonably priced.
walking another 5 minutes you are at the beach and there are a further 3 local bars and restaurants to chose from, once again all very reasonably priced.
The next morning we walked to the local supermarket SPA which was not even a 10 minute walk to stock up on all the essentials.
Zadar town itself is around a 10 - 15 minute walk depending on your speed and you can walk this along the seafront with amazing views.
If you have trouble walking we found UBER was extremely reliable and only cost around £2 - £3 to get from the town back to the apartments and vice versa.
The apartments also have a lovely communal BBQ area to which everything is provided other than the food, this is a great space to sit and eat as a group, family or friends.
Overall I can't praise the apartments enough for the facilities and Mislav for being a perfect host and nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
We will definitely return to Zadar and be back to stay at the apartments once again.

Amazing
Amazing place, host was really attentive, pool was the perfect temperature and the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Nice touch was that we were given a free bottle of wine on arrival.
Beach is only 3 minutes walk away and the old town only around 15 minutes away too, a taxi from here to town was only around £3. Definitely will be returning to the apartments and would recommend to anyone visiting Zadar!

Lovely few days escape to the sunshine with my daughter . Host was always available and helpful arranged transfers to and from airport . Arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and fruit and a beautiful apartment a few minutes from the beach and restaurants . Apartment was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean . Pool was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Sehr schöner Außenbereich mit beheizten Pool, auch bereits im Mai. Wohnung auch schön, wenn auch mit etwas enger Treppe und kleinen Abzügen bei der Küche (Licht über dem Herd defekt, Kaffeemaschine kaum benutzbar) und dem Bad (viel Platz, aber wenig Aufhangmoglichkeiten für Handtücher, Überschwemmung bei Dusche wahrscheinlich). Alles in Allem aber eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.
