Not a hotel to stay in if you value your security
The thieves cut through Four levels of security (two thick cable locks and also two high security chains and padlocks which secured the bikes to the rack). There is NO external security at the hotel, no gate, no fence at the rear, no CCTV cameras, not even a camera at the front of the hotel.
