Great value hotel
Great value hotel in central Düsseldorf. Clean and comfortable rooms with a small kitchen area for anyone wanting to self-cater. Room very warm even in winter - needed to open the window at night!

Too bad for 2 people booked and there is 1 duvet you come home at 4 am
Location hotel relative to city center fine neat room and bathroom.
However, only 1 duvet for 2 people available.
In the morning but just passed on to the reception ha I can't help it.
I say you pay me back the €15 from the parking space to compensate I have to call my Chef.
And what does that say at 10:30 you can use the room until 12:00 and get 2 bottles of liquor for free.
I say no never mind if this is meeting it then this was once and never again.

es freut uns, dass Ihnen die zentralen Lage unseres Hotels gefallen hat und Sie mit der Sauberkeit unserer Zimmer/ Badezimmer zufrieden waren. Wir bedauern jedoch, dass Sie sich erst am Morgen vor Ihrer Abreise an der Rezeption gemeldet haben, um die zweite Bettdecke zu reklamieren. Da wir einen Nachtservice haben, hätten wir uns gefreut, wenn Sie sich mit Ihrem Problem an diesen gewendet hätten. In diesem Fall wären wir Ihnen gerne behilflich gewesen und hätten Ihnen erklärt, dass die zweite Decke im Kleiderschrank deponiert ist, sofern diese bei Doppel-/Mehrbettzimmern mal nicht auf dem Bett eingedeckt sein sollte.
Für den eigenen Fehler jedoch am nächsten Morgen bei der Abreise eine Preisminderung einzufordern ist unserer Auffassung nach nicht gerechtfertigt. Gönnen Sie Ihrem Gastgeber doch einfach beim nächsten Mal ein offenes Wort, wenn Ihrer Meinung nach etwas nicht in Ordnung ist oder nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entspricht. So können Mißverständnisse schnell gelöst werden und Sie ersparen sich und Ihrem Gastgeber negative Bewertungen, die nicht lösungsorientiert sind. So kann auch Ihr Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet werden.

Just hotel within walking distance of the center bathroom looks neat no breakfast had to this we had not booked
You come home at 4 in the morning and you think this is all 1 duvet for 2 people
Well unfortunately then but share with 2 people unfortunately booked for 2 people otherwise everything neat.
Location to the city well walk a little 20 minutes.
Everything else is there.

No issues with the property but had to ask for coffees and milk for the room as they werent replenished daily.Area near the hotel didnt inspire confidence at night but had no issues during our 4 nights there.Not the cleanest German city and we have been to a few but still enjoyed our time there.
