After checking in online, you can get your room keys at one of the booths without the help of any staff; but when you check out using that device, you still need to pass the room keys back to the staff, which took us longer time than doing it in the manual way.

The soaps in the spray bottles was nearly empty
They offered a drink instead of room service saving themselves from paying a cleaner 10€ and only offering a€1:30 drink if you wanted a €2.30 you had to pay
Other motels offering a€5 drink token so I thought that was cheap of them

2 issues: no parking garage. We had to drive to nearby (2mins) parking garage (which closes at 10 pm) so when you come to hotel after 10 pm, its big hustle to find parking near by.
Secondly, there was a continues noise in the room, like water is flowing down the pipes. wasnt loud at all, but at night it just not quit.
