Lack of hygiene as well as unacceptable sofa bed
1. Sofa bed: The sofa bed that was intended for one of the three people was extremely hard and totally unsuitable for a restful night's sleep. This led to severe back pain for the person in question, which persists even after our departure and massively affects everyday life.
2. Heating: The heater continuously caused loud water noises, which made it difficult for all three people to fall asleep and sleep through.
3. Smell in the bathroom: In the bathroom there was a very unpleasant smell, which could not be eliminated and made the use of the bath extremely unpleasant.
4. Fresh sheet: On one of the fresh sheets we discovered two blood stains. This is unacceptable and has greatly negatively affected our impression of the cleanliness and hygiene in your home.
We reported these problems during our stay at the reception, but unfortunately we were not offered a satisfactory solution. In view of the numerous inconveniences and health consequences, we expect an apology and adequate compensation.
Nothing has been done to date!

Disappointing poor maintenance.
Gentleman at the desk was polite however. Location is handy being close to the shopping district.
