Beautiful property, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, great updated bathroom. I loved the view of the alps and walking around the area. Wish I could stay one more night!

Don't go there - Gehen Sie nicht dorthin

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. Breakfast was inadequate, lacking variety and quality. We were unfairly charged €5 for a broken key card. When we requested a second key card, the staff gave us the runaround. The service was unfriendly, and they refused to assist with laundry, despite us being the only guests. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor service made for a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There is no spa services. There was also no cook in house.

Unpleasant attention

Total disaster, lovely city the hotel staff unpresentable. He offended us from the first moment with his unjustified screams, we still do not understand how despite the good behavior of our 2 families, why instead of talking he screamed and offended. We thought they showed that hostility because we were Spanish, if you don't prove purity of blood, this is not your hotel.

The House of Horrors

The house of horrors.
Hateful place, where her owner mistreats her clients, with constant disrespect, screaming and poor education.
I would never recommend this hotel, the nefarious stay and service.
I've never felt so disgusted in one place.
Wasps everywhere, inside the room and cruising in the jam.
The owner tells you that the rules are in a book in the room and doesn’t explain anything, so the night before we left, she came to find us in the room to force us to make the payment, a rule that is in the rules but that nobody tells you.
During breakfast and after this episode he did not stop berating me and yelling at me for the breakfast room.
After warning us of not being able to use the terrace and not being able to catch anything else from breakfast at 10, the employees took their lunch and went to the terrace, something of little respect of course and very poor orientation to service and customer.
They boast a terrace and spa and you can not use them, not even see the terrace.
I would never come back and I hope you can read me and take note.

Convenient for NATO School

Very convenient if you are planning to go to NATO School - 15 min walking. It is also the first stop if you take the shuttle from NATO - 5 min by bus. Nice breakfast. Small gym and sauna. 5/10 min walking to city center. 15 min walk to the train station and to supermarkets - LIDL.
