隔離市區有d遠，不過泊車可以係街邊泊過夜，唔洗錢。

first of all, I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by the booking and the unavailable rooms. Since I was present as director that evening and also talked to you about the situation, I remember this situation very well. In fact, there were 2 bookings in our system. You also showed us the confirmation for the remaining 3 rooms on the part of Hotels.com.
Surely you have no guilt here. Only we are also dependent on the system, which let us and you on the evening in the lurch. We have been working hard to offer you and your guests rooms.
