Friendly and comfortable
We have just enjoyed 7 days half board at this modern hotel in Rhodes new town.
Every staff member smiles and greets you but we received exceptional service from Raina who waited on us at dinner, Kostas who managed the restaurant and the blonde girl running the bar. The chef was always happy to describe his dishes and most of them were of Greek origin.
Our room was spotless and comfortable. The pool was never too busy although the water was a bit TOO cold!
We would have liked to spend our evenings in the outside front bar overlooking the street, but Greece has not yet banned smoking in such places so it was often extremely uncomfortable for non-smokers (one German guy had a stinking cigar going every night too! Bleurrgh!) I was often coughing when seated there.
I love Rhodes and would return in a heartbeat BUT only when the toilets are improved so you don’t have to pile your soiled tissue in an open bin, and when the nonsmoking rules are tightened up.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming
Very nice hotel which suited our needs exactly. If you're aiming to lie by the pool all day then I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Equally I wouldn't go there for the views from the veranda. It was however in an excellent location, just 5 minutes' walk from the beach, ten or so minutes walk from the harbour and 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town. We had half board and the food was always good, varied and plentiful. If I were going again I probably wouldn't go half board, not because of any criticism of the hotel, but because there are so many interesting restaurants within a short distance of the hotel which it would be tempting to try. The most notable thing about the hotel was that the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Availability of the reception staff of zero
We bought a classic room on booking.com
The photos showed a modern room and bathroom, nicely decorated.
We were asked for preference for type of beds that was not respected.
The sad room, furnishings completely different from the photos of Booking. com
The bathroom then, terrible, the reception staff did not lift a finger in the face of my discomfort, the next day, the same person, during my resentment said that we had no other classic rooms available, I pointed out that looking at its various Reservation sites were superior rooms and that they could offer us an upgrade, he replied that no, they do not upgrade, having said that, all said about the sensitivity of this structure that I strongly advise against, near there are hotels, in which we stayed in the following days definitely at the height of the 4 stars, here 2, to be good

Lovely hotel.
Very clean hotel in a perfect location, 2 minutes to the beach, 5-10 minutes walk to the harbour & old town. There's plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.
We had a superior room with a sea view which was an adequate size for two and had all you needed in it. The only little problem was the water pressure in the bathroom wasn't great and the water often stopped while in the middle of a shower but it soon came back on again. It just added to the fun. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast was varied with lots of choices each morning.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel fabulous staff
Fabulous stay from the very start , easy friendly check in (late arrival 2:00am) fabulous staff Kostas , Ana Maria , Rania Dmetrious all are so helpful efficient and friendly the chef is just Brilliant and humble but all the staff are excellent , book a superior room it’s worth it . It may not be the 4 star you expected but it more than makes up for in Charm and service , have been to Rhodes twice before and stayed in 4* hotels here but this is the best we’ve ever stayed at
