Awoesome stay

Good hotel for stay ,perfect location,food is so tasty,nice and humble staff,neat and clean room,breakfast buffet is to good ,i wll recomended this hotel to my near and dear for stay overall best stay in vivo hotel.

Must go if you want to spoil your Mood

One of the worst experience in jalandhar, complete westage of time and hardened money. Rooms are dirty, bad smell, dirty linen, dirty bathroom. I don't understand why people make the hotel if not enough capable to run. We prefer to stay only by the name of vivo.

very bad hotel please dont stay here

i stay here with my family on 22 feb for one night i booked two rooms with goibibo
it was very bad day,start with check in ,the reception was quit good ,the room was so dirty ,smelling rooms with dirty linen ,only one water boltle per room as we staying 5 person,we ask for extra water but the said it will be chargeable, and as per govt rule none of hotel can not say to no water for guest
we also call them for room cleaning but no response
the bathroom lock not working
please dont go there

No heat, Seepage in the room, bad odours, DO NOT STAY HERE

Checkin was quick. Porter took our luggage to the room. First room we went to had the bathroom flooded (203) nearly ankle deep. Signs of smoking in the room and coffee tray had cigarette burns. Then we were shown the next room (204). This one had dirty towels, toilet had pee stains on it, toilet paper had stains and was wet. We took this room as it was slightly better. Both rooms had evidence of seepage.
We complained to the housekeeping right away and then to the manager on the next day. The manager still charged us the full rate for the night and also charged us an additional Rs 2400 ($48AUD) as cancellation charge because we decided to checkout after first night instead of staying full 5 night stay. Total misrepresentation of the rooms on website and unfair charges. Do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Couple Friendly

Vivo hotels perfect for couples. Nice hotel to stay like room is very neat and clean. Staff is very friendly. Big advantage near to sports market. Easy to reach from bus stand. I ordered food. Quick service tasty food. Love to stay there.
