Weekend with the family
What about we had a great time, convenient location, Nespresso machine in the room, large terrace, spacious room, swimming pools and spa given to us in the price of the room.

How is it possible that it was given 4 stars?!? He wouldn't even deserve 1.
Junior suite, dirty. Sofa full of stains. Unwatchable bathroom. I suck everywhere, I attach photos to prove it.
Heating broken on the first evening, stove request because there was no possibility to change rooms because full.
Restaurant room with heating not working. Outside temperature -5.
We had dinner, in few, with the duvet.
3 Free property dogs: French bulldog, weimaraner arm, black Simo Labrador. Lie on the sofas in the lobby or rubbing your belly, and attached, on all the carpets in the lobby.

Never again!
We had dinner at the "restaurant" of the hotel, 37 € for bad and low quality food! A scandal! On the first morning it was impossible to have breakfast due to the complete absence of organization and professionalism on the part of the waiting staff, at 8.00 the breakfast buffet was devoid of everything without this being replenished in the proper time and manner, the justification was that there were many people, then?! If you are not able to do a job or you do not take it or change profession!! The swimming pool and spa jacuzzi had cold and murky water because it was not treated properly. The general feeling that was perceived was almost annoyance and impatience on the part of the staff. We won't be coming back even by accident or necessity.

Good hotel , no good restaurant
It's a shame that everything is ruined by the restaurant: we ordered the carbonada, which we tasted and left there.
Recipe not related to the tradition , instant polenta that sailed in water and veal stew (not beef) completely tasteless.
Incompetent table attendant.
Veal tuna so salty it was almost inedible.
