Kindness and friendliness!

Very kind and considerate welcome, simple but comfortable and clean room, with a balcony overlooking their very pleasant garden.
In the morning breakfast is served at 730 but, as we had to leave earlier, they made us sit in early and even anticipated Check-out.
We would stay there again, if only for the sweetness of the staff.

I won't go back.

We assume that the room had to have a balcony (which was not the case).
Very small room, lack of basket in the bathroom, really disappointing dinner given that we found ourselves in the middle of a menu for Germans with buffet proposal and preset menu for tourists with very little culture for food.
The menu proposed: garlic pasta oil and chilli , pasta with tomato and barley soup (insipid), turkey with onions in the middle of a sauce untied accompanied with white rice without dressing.
Lack of local or traditional food despite the typical location of the place.
Too bad because the staff was nice.
But I'm never going back.

Excellent hostess

Nice and family hotel. Excellent and caring hostess and host. You won't find many like this anymore. Nothing is too much to ask. It feels like you're coming home. The beds are very good, bathrooms bit outdated. Good and quiet location 15 minutes from downtown. Overall highly recommended.

It can be improved

Strong points: the location and kindness of the owners.
Weaknesses: the bedroom bathroom, small and without mixers both in the shower and in the sink and without bidet.
Breakfast, little varied, not attentive to intolerances (the only cake offered was a Nutella tart, so not accessible to hazelnut intolerance) and without the ability to take an espresso or cappuccino, only barley coffee and milk.

It could have been better

Welcoming and courteous staff, but I must unfortunately highlight the critical issues I found:
1) small room with window barred by wooden slats that give the impression of a prison cell.
2) As soon as I entered the room there were missing towels that were promptly delivered to me by a very kind lady (I had to call reception to have them brought; I was not wearing clothes when I noticed the lack).
3) Roll of toilet paper already half used by those before me (and maybe even by the previous one).
4) No bidet.
5) During the day I smelled a smelly sewer coming from the bathroom.
6) Mattress soaked in yellowish dust that created hygienic and respiratory discomfort.
7) Good breakfast only for packaged products and milk: bad coffee and flies on cold cuts.
Positive notes:
Kindness and friendliness of the staff, panoramic view of the Val di Fiemme, possibility of free parking.
