駅近ですが
築浅の建物なので、客室は一般的なビジネスホテル同様ベッド（セミダブル）にデスクと椅子等、広くはないですが綺麗で清潔にも気遣いを感じられ、快適に過ごせました！ 必要最低限のアメニティは部屋にありますが、寝間着は希望サイズをロビーから取得する形式です。 スタッフの対応も気持ちよく、今後も是非リピートしたい宿泊施設です。
As the building is relatively new, the rooms are like most business hotels, with a semi-double bed, desk and chair, and although not spacious, they are clean and the attention to cleanliness is apparent, making for a comfortable stay! The room comes with the bare minimum amenities, but you need to pick up your desired size of pajamas from the lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making this a place I would definitely like to return to in the future.

Breakfast as expected
I stayed in a single room for two nights on a three-day holiday in February. The room is a bit small and only has a shower, but I think it is conveniently located close to the Shinyamaguchi station and 7-Eleven is also very close. Breakfast varies daily, and there are smoothies, fruits, and salads, so I think the nutritional balance is good. The clear fugudashi soup was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. I'm glad that we were able to replenish the breakfast area with a small staff, clean up after it, and disinfect it. I also think it's a good idea to have time-specific tickets for breakfast. For two nights in a row, there was no cleaning, but when I came back on the second evening, I found a set of towels and other items at the door. There is a laundromat on the fourth floor for convenience. I think Cospa is very good.

I visited Shin-Yamaguchi after a few days in Fukuoka. The weather was still cold, and it rained a little. From the station, just cross the street, and you’ll arrive at the hotel. It’s about a three-minute walk if you have luggage. Next to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven and many izakayas.
The manager greeted me warmly, and the staff were extremely friendly. They would greet guests as they walked in, making me feel very welcome. Welcome drinks and coffee are available until midnight—I loved their lemon water! You can also use the library/cafeteria for work or reading, which is quite convenient.
Amenities are placed on the first floor next to the elevator. Breakfast tickets are available, with multiple time slots to choose from. The room size is big for the price. The bathroom is compact, but I had no issues enjoying a bath. The only inconvenience was the lack of a remote control to adjust the air-conditioner’s wind direction.
There are two washing machines and two dryers on the fourth floor, both of which can be connected via an app. If you don’t have coins, you can pay through the app with a credit card, and it will show a timer for when your laundry is done. The washing machine is easy to use, but the dryer took a bit long. Ice is also available on this floor.
There are no complimentary bottled waters in the room, so I often went down to the first floor for lemon water and coffee.
Breakfast was more abundant than I expected. Since this is a chain hotel, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. The menu seemed to change daily, and I really enjoyed having breakfast here. Definitely worth the price. If I visit Yamaguchi again, I would definitely book this hotel!

The hotel is right across the JR station. The room is small as expected but served its function for a short stay.

Nice and clean hotel although room is a bit small. Free drinks and usage of dining area is a great welcome. However, breakfast is same everyday (across all comfort hotel). Got bored of the breakfast as we had the same breakfast everyday.
