1. WiFi只有大堂可用，用自己數據咭一時收到一時收唔到
2. 水壓嚴重不足，好困難先完成淋浴，廁所有待改善
3. 食物質素尚可，但因自助型式，一定要準時到才有得揀食物，好快無哂，雖然有補但分量唔多
4. 房間清潔尚可，被鋪清潔一般，有汗味😖
5. 環境可以，有小型水上樂園

因為包三餐、食物水準只可以用填肚形容、不可以另行點餐、因沒有提供！
房間就像是香港大澳的水上棚屋重新翻身、但只是簡單的翻身！
設施、沒有點餐服務、酒店大堂除了每日三餐的自助餐、有水和濃縮果汁提供、啤酒汽水所有沒有提供、想買都沒有、不知道他們怎做生意的！但有一個小賣部、有啤酒汽水、包裝薯片、是在最偏遠的小棚屋上、離酒店大堂應該有三百多米路程、如果想去食飯的時候或在大堂飲用、請自己先去小賣部購買、再去拿回酒店大堂享用！
最後建議、因為酒店是在海中心、不是在一個島上、所以各位朋友去酒店之前、最好準備好所有需要的零食和煙酒等等、自己帶到酒店！

Beautiful view - Beware of the chef (Var)
Food is good. They feed you breakfast, lunch and dinner included. They have lots of seafood and get for vegetarian, but the Chinese are very very greedy and will across over you to snatch out food. They are very rude. Karaoke is fun. They have a turtle there you can see him around at night.

The hotel is situated on an island, and guests are required take boat transfer from Jetty Pelancong (New Tourist Jetty Semporna) to Villa. Guest must arrive on an early flight before 10 am to follow hotel's boat transportation arrangement. There are two scheduled boat transfers from the Jetty to the Villa, at 12 pm and 2 pm. Guests should be prepared at Jetty by 11:20 am for a Meet & Greet. For the return journey from the Villa to the Jetty, boat transfers are available at 7 am and 10 am. If guests wish to travel outside of the scheduled times, a private boat can be arranged for an additional fee. It is advisable to contact the hotel in advance wechat ID: skywv88 to confirm the private boat arrangement.
It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel. Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal.
