Amazing experience, lovely hotel, still have work to complete but highly recommended
This hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable with new feather duvet and pillows, all bed linen was brand new, the room was beautifully redesigned with new furniture fittings.
The showeroom was newly retiled.
TV was free with Netflix.
Breakfast was very good and the room service menu was really good, I had the tastiest burger every.
Room service was available on request for security reasons.
The staff were very young, helpful and pleasant.
The receptionist "Sachin" was extremely helpful and pleasant.
The roof top , the sauna and steam room are under reconstruction at this time.
The spa was open but a bit expensive with full body massage costing $70.
The location is really nice and safe.
The only fault I found was thar the towels were old, but they were clean.
Sachin Informed me that they were in the process or purchasing new towels.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future.

Worst experience at a hotel.
The room and washroom is so tiny and the washroom has no floor towels.
The housekeeping didn’t clean our room and we stayed 2 nights like that.
It is not at all value for money and the breakfast was bad so we had to do breakfast outside.

Building site
Room was clean and comfortable.
Full Board option was nice but not a lot of options and small portions.
Nice location close to the beach but spoiled by the Construction work.
Rooftop area is advertised but this is under construction and renovation also contributing to the noise.

Disappointing experience
On booking I specifically requested 2 x massage and a time and I repeated this at least two more times via bookings.com and WhatsApp directly to the hotel but they never confirmed
It was not until we had arrived and paid for our room they told us the spa and gym are under renovation and unavailable which was most disappointing.
The room is nice but you have to pay extra to watch TV
We also paid extra for breakfast included which if you want anything but continental you must pay extra. My confirmation emails says breakfast included not continental breakfast included, furthermore, I had to ask 3 times for them to add mango juice to the dispenser and all they added was a dribble for the last of a container, I had to lean the dispenser forward to fill my small glass.
This hotel does not currently meet its star rating or service.
I would not recommend this hotel for the price you pay.
A week ago we stayed at H78 a smaller room, much cheaper and much better value for money
