A pleasant stay with good taste in the mouth

Cute....maybe 15 years ago....
When we arrived we were offered a welcome cocktail that was nothing but an elongated juice and was also hot. We were handed the keys and told to go find the room... we walked with suitcases for about 20 minutes in narrow streets even uphill.... and arrived in the room we found that the cards did not open the rooms. It happened to everyone who was housed in that remote wing of the village. We waited three-quarters of an hour before someone was sent to open us. Meanwhile, the sun was setting. Positive thing: we had a small pool right in front of our room. As for the end-of-year dinner compared to what we already paid we had to add 80 euros each. Poor buffet food in quantity and quality estimated to be a New Year's Eve dinner; not even a little fresh water included; two fingers of bad wine in a flute served long before countdown : at the time it was hot and carbonated. A boredom and endless sadness.
In the breakfast the next day we found the leftovers mixed with the buffet; slow and plow wait staff present only 2 jugs of American coffee for all diners... 20 minutes waiting.... not to mention lunch on the first day of the year!!!!! 1 salad, pasta or a piece of dried fish and a cube of plastic pudding left over from the buffet the previous evening. Drinks and water for a fee with a different price from the previous evening.

STAFF OF THE POOL BAR
Arguing that there was no system, when making the report with the relevant area he had to accept that he was overcharging for his own decision, they had to print the note and there we realized that they were not the correct prices and had to make the return of the money.

Facilities, rooms, pool, food okay - Spa: 0 points!!!
Room was nothing special but okay.
Dining room reminds of canteen a he the food was great.
The hotel advertises with a spa. I booked a Vip massage for 45 min at MXN 650 and just thought wow at this price she must be really good. So the spa is a space which is totally loveless - conveys absolutely no well-being and the "massage" then was just bad. The lady has no idea what she is doing - and what she is doing makes her absolutely hectic that you get the feeling she just wants to get it over with.

Of Mercedes has only the name....
We came for New Year's Eve and were charged the extra fee for dinner.
In addition, during the countdown, the waiters insistently and aggressively demanded the immediate payment of the cocktails ordered at the height of the celebrations.
The food in general of really bad quality and poor quantity, both during dinner (95€ equivalent per person without drinks included) and the next day for lunch.
The limit was the moment we realized that in the pasta served I cheese was moldy.
Overall top location for proximity to the archaeological site and cute the presence of hammocks, otherwise not good for the rooms and in general cleaning of furniture and towels to review.
In two words: talent ill-exploited and managed.
