It’s paradise but with a lot of fault details
Food options are limited and they are time restricted, for instance, you can’t have pasta for lunch or a sandwich for dinner. Breakfast is poor and they changed the lovely bread basket for a Costco croissant and they don’t even have butter or jelly. My advice is to go out for breakfast.
It’s great for relaxing but you get endless questions from the staff, specially the front desk lady, they don’t have to know every single detail of your Life or trip. It’s annoying. For this, even though it’s beautiful, I would have second thoughts of returning. It’s expensive and there are lot of places in Tulum to stay.
